The house has a great layout. When we arrived there were cigars on the patio leaving me to wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. The couch was super dirty and broken. This house could be a 10 if it was better cleaned and maintained.

This is our 2nd stay here & we will be back again! Beautiful, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, knives, pots& pans. Comfortable king sized beds in all 4 bedrooms and nice bathrooms for each bedroom, plus powder room on 1st floor. Making the reservations couldn’t be easier. Golf courses are beautiful & everyone encountered was friendly & helpful. Only less than perfect thing, which is not the fault of the resort - no recycling available

I use VRBO for my vacation rental property rentals. I have always been generally happy with the properties I have rented at the ledges. This year though was a disappointment. Many of the kitchen utensils where broken, the coffee pot fell apart when you used it each time, many of the soap dispensers did not work, the bathroom sink faucet the handle would come off. The place was not very clean. You could tell it had been surfaced cleaned but things where dusty and there was hair in just about all of the bathrooms. The beds are Way to soft making it hard to sleep.
