What a fantastic house! I can’t recommend enough. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids and could have comfortably fit at least 2 more adults and 2 more kids - it was huge!! Great location 10 minutes from downtown St. George, beautiful surroundings. I went for a few great runs in the area. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, tons of towels and pillows, kitchen appliances and tools, shampoo and conditioner provided, everything you could need was there. It was just a wonderful stay, I would come back in a heart beat!

I use VRBO for my vacation rental property rentals. I have always been generally happy with the properties I have rented at the ledges. This year though was a disappointment. Many of the kitchen utensils where broken, the coffee pot fell apart when you used it each time, many of the soap dispensers did not work, the bathroom sink faucet the handle would come off. The place was not very clean. You could tell it had been surfaced cleaned but things where dusty and there was hair in just about all of the bathrooms. The beds are Way to soft making it hard to sleep.
