Brand New 5 BD/4.5 BA Luxury townhome with separate floors for adults and kids. Beautifully decorated and comfortably sleeps 18 with 9 beds and 2 living/common rooms Close to dining, city parks, some of the best hiking, mountain biking, golf courses and reservoirs, less than 1 hour from Zion National Park. On-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, pickle ball and basketball courts, free secured wifi, children's sand pit and miniature climbing wall!

Overall very nice. Location, pool, etc were outstanding.
Kitchen was nice. However the fry-pans were significantly scratched with non-stick material flaking off into food.
We feel that we lost time enjoying the property because of such a late checkin time and early checkout time.
We also did not have enough hand soap in one of the bathrooms (dispenser ran out of soap)
Other than those issues, we enjoyed our time there and were able to do the activities we desired.

This was a great place with a 5 star host! We had a team staying for a work project and they had everything they needed. There was a lot of room to spread out, the kitchen had all the appliances we could want, and the pool was nice to relax in. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

With a good sized main floor that was well laid out we had plenty of room to feel comfortable and the furnishings made it cozy like home. The 2nd floor has 3 full ‘master suites’ that are very spacious with comfortable beds and each with its own full bathroom. Then, I’ll n the 3rd floor the bunk rooms, yep 2 more bedrooms with enough bunks for 6 and and TV room and a balcony.
One and only downside was the pool, pretty small for the amount of people down there during spring break.
Other than that, we loved the place and will definitely want to stay here again.
