Spacious and quiet contemporary house ideally located 10 minutes from the center of Dijon (historic center and its Palace of the Dukes) and 5 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. (Beaune, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chassagne Montrachet ...).
The house can accommodate up to 17 people, it is composed of:
* A large garden with terrace and shaded pergola for dining
* A large living room with kitchen open to the dining room for a large table (17pers)
* A lounge area with TV (satellite) and 3 sofas
* 5 double rooms
* 1 tripe room
* 1 quadruple room
* 3 bathrooms
* 2 closed garages and 2 parking spaces in the private courtyard
* Linen and towels provided
Ideal for your family reunions or weekends with friends. We accept large groups with respect for the neighborhood.
Our animal friends are welcome if they take care of the premises.

Carine was the most welcoming, friendly and supportive host we could have wished for. The property was immaculate, and she really made us feel at home - supporting us throughout the holiday with her kindness, as well as brilliant suggestions for places to visit. We can't thank her enough!

We stayed with another couple, and though the house can easily hold 10-12 people, we did not feel we were rattling around inside. It is very modern, with comfortable furnishings, and new kitchen and baths. Very well equipped and clean n all areas. Carine was so easy to work with, and was very friendly and helpful at check-in. We kept saying this would be the perfect house for a large group or family reunion! We totally enjoyed our stay! The BBQ was a welcome addition on the large deck!

We were 2 couples renting this lovely house for 3 nights in September. Carine was very helpful and friendly, dropping by in the evening to greet us and give us lots of information.
This is a large, roomy, bright house, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We only used 2 of the 5 bedrooms, but never felt we were lost in the space, as it is well designed for any size group.
The large deck and barbecue were a really great addition, and we cooked out there every night! We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a lovely house near Dijon!
