Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.5 km, tram 500 m, bus stop "Bredene Koerslaan" 1.1 km, railway station "Bredene Renbaan" 1 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 1.0 km. Unkomplizierte und flexible Schlüsselübergabe (trotz ca. 2 Stunden Verspätung). Die Ausstattung im Appartement ist etwas älter aber sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool ist toll und verhältnismäßig warm (im Sommer von 9-19 Uhr geöffnet). Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug ist großartig. Belegung: 1 Erwachsener, 1 Teenager Kritikpunkt: die Couch fanden wir recht unkomfortabel, das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (war für uns ok)

Bei der Beschreibung "Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lärmempfindlich." ist keiner von uns auf die Idee gekommen, es könnte sich um eine Senioren-Wohnanlage handeln. So haben wir uns gefreut, dass es ruhig zugehen wird. Tatsächlich war es insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Anlage bis auf einigen Hundegebell und Gartenarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Das einzige Nachteilige war, dass das Gebäude keine zu öffnenden Fenster im Treppenhaus hatte und man somit beim Betreten des Gebäudes dem Gestank ausgesetzt war.

Die Wohnungsausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Auch müsste die Eingangstür gerichtet werden. Sonst alles o.k.
