Das Appartement hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch mit Blick aufs Meer und Oostende. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Fußläufig erreicht man in 5 Minuten die Dünen und das Meer.Wir werden wiederkommen, definitiv!

Schönes, modernes Appartement in 'luftiger Höhe' (8. Etage). Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Blick aufs Meer und Ostende. Man überquert nur eine Hauptstraße mit reichlich Fußgängerübergängen und erreicht über Dünentreppen direkt den Strand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Christophe war sehr freundlich!
Leider befand sich auf dem Bett noch ein benutztes Bettlaken.
Nicht ganz so erfreulich, aber wir hatten ja unsere eigene Bettwäsche dabei, was uns dann beruhigte! Der Aufzug ist recht klein und nur für 4 Personen gedacht...mit Gepäck wird's eng. Außerdem fehlt eine innere Sicherheitstür, so dass man die einzelnen Etagen vorbei rauschen sieht. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran!

Amazing view of the coast and the tram line. Heating was great as it was very cold when we were there in February. Well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water. Free parking in a dedicated space. Lift! The apartment is on the 8th floor. Loved the big windows and the balcony would be great in warmer weather. It's only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and the tram line is great. We bought 10 journey tickets and did the whole line, visiting lots of different places.
Clearer instructions about what bedding you need to bring. We took quilt and pillows but didn't need to . Probably our fault for not asking! Bed a bit soft for us but not really a problem. Equipment list said toilet rolls were provided but there was very little in the toilet so we had to go out and buy some, bit of a pain as we had already shopped for supplies. The kitchen window is not sealed properly and during our stay there was a howling gale coming in to the apartment. Several slats in the vertical blinds are missing so at night the lighthouse was flashing all night, whatever we did to the blinds we couldn't eliminate the light. There are no bedside tables, just a shelf in the headboard which was very awkward to get to.
Beware of the high stools around the dining table, it may be we just didn't pick this up in the description but they are quite awkward to get on to, especially for anyone with any mobility issues. Better instructions for the TV would be great! We never did find out what the orange package was!

Mooi uitzicht over de zee.
Slaapkamer en living zijn 1 ruimte. De studio was hierdoor niet goed te verduisteren. Ons kindje was dus ook niet in slaap te krijgen tot de zon onder ging.
