.The villa was great. It looks much better than at the pictures. It was extremely clean, the pool was also clean, as well as the garden. The only small inconvenience was that the villa is located at the main road and it gets noisy in the morning when people go to work. However, this small issue was not able to ruin our vacation. We had great time at the villa and definitely would recommend it to everybody.

Let me start by saying this is a fabulous villa & we had a wonderful break. However it does lack some attention to detail. Firstly, the villa is on the main coast road. Of course they are not going to tell you this in the blurb, but it can be noisy. Plus, getting in and out of the drive has its moments. Then there was a lack of basics. No tea towel. No oven glove. Plus few instructions & no guest book so provide recommendations to local restaurants etc ( not that you always take them but it’s nice to see). No welcome pack. No biggie but for the price you would have thought they run to a pint of milk & a bottle of wine. Slight lack of towels & bedding (just because 2 people are staying, don’t assume they will share a bedroom)Property manager was great though. There was a massive storm that knocked out the power & he was so available & attentive to sort. But lovely stay.

Overall a holiday of the highest standard and above our expectations. the house equipped with every comfort. beautiful days lead you to experience the garden and the swimming pool a lot. very pleasant to eat outside. close to many points of interest. super happy with this holiday. the agency staff and the owner were immediately ready to help us in every need. top

We stayed at Villa Livis for 8days. The property was described as luxury but I would state that the villa was standard. We had no housekeeping during our stay. In the spare room where our boys were sleeping- the beds only had a bottom fitted sheet and no other bedding on the beds when we arrived. There was spare thin blankets in the main bedroom which we put on their beds but our boys complained of not been warm enough at night. There was no welcome pack on our arrival which would have been welcomed given no supermarket were within local area, i.e. water, bread and fruit. The villa was comfortable although noisy from am too evening as its on a main road. Pefki was the nearest town/retort but it was all closed. The villa was near a petrol station and across the road was a closed hotel. The real downside was having a camera in the back of the property- not sure why it was placed in back of property but it was facing the pool. It made us feel uneasy and not fully able to relax as felt we were been watched. Our boys enjoyed the pool which was not heated but they did not care. You will need a car when booking this villa in order to drive to local village Lardos. In the back of the property were hills but no panoramic views of the sea. The kitchen was fully equipped but guests needed to purchase coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets etc. We were unable to use the kettle as it smelt of bleach. We did enjoy our stay but again this was a standard villa and prices need to reflect this.
