We created this apartment as a place of relaxation for ourselves. We are proud to share with you

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split into 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do. We believe that the energy of a house gives a consistent habit of all energies that this house received in the past and…. will receive in the future.

The last thing I want to do with over hype a property and have it not meet your expectations. Regardless, I'm going to do it anyway. This is hands down the best rental I have ever stayed. It was extremely clean, well laid out, and everything was high quality. The location where Steps Away from everything, you cannot ask for a better place to stay in Ghent.

Great accommodation in a beautiful city.
The location of the property is superb and the amenities in the apartment are fantastic. One small issue with connecting to some of the appliances but this was sorted with speed from the property owner.
Highly recommend the property and the city. A fabulous few days.

Apartment was huge! Larger than it looked in the pictures. Very luxurious and relaxing place to stay. A short walk to all the main attractions of Ghent. Very quiet despite proximity to centre. Contacted the owner about a small issue, reply was swift and resolved issue immediately. Would definitely return.
