We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
The property is part of a small group of apartments with a lovely pool which rarely seemed to be busy.
It is a little way out of the town, but transport is reasonable, although it is obviously easier with a car, especially for a big shop. (We hired a car for the first few days then used public transport.)
If you want to relax in peace and quiet then this is for you!

We stayed in the apartment for one week, and, I have to tell that it was our best holiday.
Apartment in all respects the excellent:
The charming, silent, being buried in verdure and flowers territory with a private parking.
Comfortable cottage with a separate entrance. Everything corresponds to photos in the site.
Convenient bed. Completely equipped kitchen with more, than a sufficient set of ware.
The nice town Cagnes-Sur-Mer with the wonderful medieval center and the lovely memorial estate of Renoir. Convenient and quiet base for trips on vicinities, everything is very close: Nice, Saint Paul de Vance, Antib, Cannes...

"The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the patio area which was lovely and enjoyed sitting out in the sun and having a drink or a meal. The pool was brilliant and often we were the only people there. It was a little bit further into the town than perhaps suggested but the train station is nearby and it has good connections to Nice, Monaco etc. Would definitely recommend."

"The apartment is fantastic. Set in blissfully peaceful grounds but within easy reach of local amenities and well connected to both Nice and Cannes. We were lucky enough to arrive the night before the pool opened for the season and it's a very nice pool indeed. The flat is extremely well equipped and maintained. The terrace gets full sun from early morning to early evening and it's very hard to drag yourself away from it! Absolutely no complaints at all. We'll be coming back soon."
