It is with great pleasure that we open the doors of this 75m2 apartment to you, occupying the garden level of a traditional house located on a property located on the Bréguières plateau. This district close to the city center of Cagnes sur mer, enjoys a privileged location in a calm and sunny area and shelters both individual houses and some residential buildings.

La maison de M. et Mme BOISIS est jolie et confortable et est idéalement située à Cannes sur Mer, près des commerces, de la plage et des arrêts de bus. De plus, les propriétaires habitent au-dessus, sont discrets mais toujours prêts à vous renseigner sur les sites à visiter, que ce soit dans les alpes-maritimes ou en Italie, ou sur les commerces de confiance. Ils entretiennent très bien le logement et interviennent rapidement au moindre problème. Leur accueil à été simple et chaleureux. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement et y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons un jour dans la région.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit authentieke Provencaalse huis dat smaakvol en met aandacht voor detail is ingericht. Alles is goed onderhouden, comfortabel en brandschoon. Het huis ligt aan het einde van een doodlopend straatje (gratis parkeren) en is gebouwd tegen een heuvel; vanaf het toegangshek leidt een buitentrap naar beneden, waar de voordeur van het appartement zich bevindt. Ook binnenshuis zijn er veel niveauverschillen van één of twee treden. Bij het appartement hoort een eigen stuk tuin met olijf- en citroenbomen en een ruim betegeld terras. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust met combi-magnetron, Siemens vaatwasser, 4-pitsfornuis, grote koelkast en diepvriezer, etc.
De boulevard van Cagnes (met kiezelstrand) is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen (heuvel af); een (huur)auto is aan te raden. Op het vliegveld van Nice-Côte d'Azur is het ophalen en terugbrengen van huurauto's zeer goed geregeld. Het appartement ligt op maar 15 minuten rijden van het vliegveld; ook Nice (20 minuten), Monaco (45 minuten), Cannes (30 minuten), Gorges du Loup, St Paul-de-Vence etc. liggen dichtbij. Het oude centrum van het stadje (Haut-de-Cagnes) met het kasteel van de familie Grimaldi bovenop de heuvel is ook zeer de moeite waard.
De verhuurders, familie Boisis, wonen op de bovenverdieping en zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij kunnen dit appartement iedereen aanraden!

jeanne was a very kind hostess and allowed us onto the property an hour early, thank you! the access to the washing machine was wonderful and the hot water plentiful for showers. on the negative, we found the internet connection problematic, having to resort to going outside as calls and internet were dropped from inside. hopefully a new router will fix the problem. i ended up sleeping on the sofa during my stay as i found the main bed so hard. jeanne said it had recently been replaced and she had not had complaints heretofore. believe me, i was uncomfortable. the property itself is beautiful and beautifully decorated. parking is secure and easy for us. they are a kind and accommodating couple and trying to be responsive to guests concerns. walk to train station is about 20 min by the way. also to be aware with all the charm is a bit of idiosyncrasies with several areas with elevation changes as two steps up or down. thank you for a wonderful stay
