Luxury villa, fully renovated in 2016, in a beautiful, quiet, on the seafront, located on the almost-island of Ciovo (near Trogir).
The swimming-pool on the Adriatic Sea offers a magnificent view. There are 4 large terraces (all with sea view), and a large wooded exotic garden. Barbecue and summer kitchen. 4 bedrooms with double beds + 1 small bedroom + 2 big sofa-beds in the living-room, 4 bathrooms with Italian, 5 WC, 2 kitchens. Fully air-conditioned. There are several terraces and a swimming-pool of 8,5x5m. Parking for 2 vehicles (cars only) inside the property, secured by a large gate. Cleaning will be done before your arrival (included).

We stayed here as a group of 12 and had a fantastic holiday. The location is incredible – right on the sea with crystal clear water. I’d worried about beach access for the children, but they loved climbing in and out from the ladders at the back of the villa. The outdoor space is excellent: a very clean pool big enough for all the kids and adults, and a remote awning that gave much-needed shade (just wind it in if windy!).Inside, the kitchen is compact but well equipped, and there’s plenty of outdoor dining space. Sleeping arrangements worked well: 3 doubles in the main house (plus a sofa sleeping 1 person each), and at pool level a separate area with a double toddler bed and a single (sharing a bathroom). 3 bathrooms in the main house.Highlights included hiring a boat that collected us from the villa, renting kayaks and paddleboards from YoYo Rentals, and evening swims in the moonlit sea. There was one restaurants nearby and a couple of beach bars – we often went to Trogir instead, beautiful in the evening, loads of dining options and is just 10 by Uber (taxis were 30).A small shop is within walking distance, and while we hired a car for bigger supermarket runs, it wasn’t essential. Overall, a stunning villa in a perfect setting – highly recommended!

We spent 4 wonderful weeks at the Villa and thoroughly recommend it. Waking up to those views of the bay and the clear blue Adriatic will live long in all of our memories.
We rented the Villa for my 50th as a family of 3, but with family and friends joining us each week. All had a wonderful time. The accommodation worked really well for us, with three lovely double bedrooms in the main house and a self-contained unit underneath on the pool level with a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom and a small separate room with a single bed.
As lovely as the inside of the house is, it’s really all about the outside here. The views, the beautiful pool and the various balconies and levels. We particularly enjoyed having a sundowner on the lower patio, just a few metres from the sea. Being able to reach the sea so easily via our own back gate was another fabulous feature. A swim in the warm, clear water is such a great way to start the day.
The location is excellent. You can walk to the diving centre, where my daughter and I did our first dive together, to jet skis, paddle boards, boats, inflatables and bars/restaurants. Beautiful Trogir is short drive away and Split around 30-40 mins, but can be reached by ferry from Trogir or Slatine which must be experienced.
I also want to say how helpful, friendly and easy to deal with the both the owner, Cyril, and the local manager, Frederic, have been throughout. They both contributed to making our stay so memorable.

We enjoyed the house with its absolutely great view on the sea every day. It was a pleasure to stay at this perfect place. The pool and the sea were clean and wonderful refreshing. A big table outside for eating and playing games. Restaurants, supermarkets and the very nice and very special Trogir just right the corner. We are planning to come again!

Great location, easy to get to from airport or car, and all amenities in walking distance including very nice restaurant, Aquum. The pool and seafront are clear winners- no reason to go anywhere else. The house could use a little updating and maintenance, but we managed with 3 couples and 3 children.
