About this villa rental
Villa Verandah is situated in the western part of the island Ciovo in the cove abundant in pebble/sandy and rocky beaches called Saldun, which offers a great deal of sport activities. Surrounded by rich Mediterranean flora, it is located on the very coast, less then a kilometer from Trogir.
The house consists of:
• 6 bedrooms (4 double beds, 4 single beds) – 12 sleeps + 3 extra beds, baby cot
• 2 living rooms (TV/SAT, WiFi internet, DVD player, stereo)
• 2 kitchens + 1 big summer kitchen (dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, cooking stove, dishwasher, washing machine)
• 4 Bathrooms with toilets (shower bath)
• 1 large terrace and beautiful big verandah (big wooden table with chairs for 12-15 people)
Additional facilities
• heated pool, 30 square meters, with massage
• grill, outdoor shower, lounge seats
• Vehicles can reach the house and there are four parking places
• Beach in front of the house (50 m), Beach Rozac 150 m, Beach Okrug 250 m with many beach bars and restaurants

The Villa is outstanding
The location is outstanding
The hosts , Toni and Ina ,are outstanding
The villa is much bigger than it looks in the photos..There is enough privacy for those who want it . Plenty of shade and sun beds around the pool. Air conditioning in all the apartments. A modern ,well equipped kitchen,with a fabulous outdoor dining area .
It also has an ice machine that was very popular given the hot weather.
We decided against trying the pizza oven as it was far too hot
There is even a paddle board there.
The location is unbelievable. No need for a car. Just 1 minute walk to the beach and a further 8 minute stroll to the famous Okrug beach with its restaurants and facilities
There is a small supermarket 1 minute away and a slightly bigger one a further 5 minutes .
The ferry to Trogir is just 2 minutes away. We loved the ferry .It runs every 30 mins ,takes about 20 mins and costs just 5 euros each way.
There is a steep slope from the villa down to the road but it’s only about 30 meters long. After that everything is flat.
However please note that the pavements are not good or non existent. The beaches are shale so take beach shoes and some places still take cash only. Eg the restaurant at the bottom of the slope and the bakery at the nearby campsite. Both supermarkets stock most things including bread etc.
Trogir old town is wonderful and full of good restaurants. There is also a large market there.
We also took a taxi to Split which took 40 minutes.

Toni’s villa is fantastic :)
It was in a great location . About a 20 min walk to the old town and so close the the beach as well . There is a mini market 2 mins walk away as well .
The villa itself was spotless, so well equipped . Every detail thought off .
Toni was more than happy to allow an early checkin for our daughter which was amazing and a rare . Thankyou for this . It made all the difference to them .
The pizza oven was so much fun . My favourite was the outdoor/ indoor dining area . A fantastic area to relax in the evening .
I would highly recommend to family’s or a group of friends .

Our extended family of 3 generations (11 people) had a wonderful spring break at this beautiful villa. It is very well equipt and very close to the sea. The heated pool was great. It is possible to walk to Trogir town from the villa , up and over a hill, for the more physically able. The villa has a lovely large family, summer kitchen where we ate together every evening. There is a small supermarket very close too. It is a wonderful base for some lovely day trips. We arranged a boat trip to see the blue cave and Hvar. The boat picked us up from a jetty very close to the villa.The host was very helpful, including arranging airport transfers and setting up the pizza oven for us. He was easy to contact and gave us useful tips.We all had a wonderful holiday and all agreed that the villa was perfect for our needs.
