About this apartment rental
Large, simple apartment house "Kondor", 5 storeys. In the district of Gryfelblatte 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school 850 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
1-room apartment 40 m2, on the upper ground floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. View of the Matterhorn restricted by two trees.

A beautiful and clean place. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. There are many stairs to get there but breathtaking view of Matterhorn from the slopes helped you forget about that.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Einrichtung/Ausstattung dürfte modernisiert werden evtl. auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln anstelle von Filterkaffee. Der Weg zur Wohnung hat sehr viele Stufen und im oberen Bereich waren die Stufen vereist, eher gefährlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, es ist sehr schade, dass er nicht frei laufen durfte, aber verständlich wegen der Elektoautos
