Beautiful, newly renovated studio (30 sqm) in Valais wooden style on sunny and quiet location in Winkelmatten. The walls and the kitchen are lined with old wood, what the studio gives a very cozy warm atmosphere. The Matterhorn welcomes you in front of your patio.
The house Fleckenstein is sunny, quiet, easily accessible to Winkelmatten.

Studio Castor is comfortable, very well equipped, and very clean. However, finding the property was difficult, as the sign for Studio Castor was on a different house! Communication with the owners was not easy, as they were not in Zermatt during our stay, and the problem we had operating the oven was eventually solved by our son-in-law. Having said all that, we would happily stay again at Studio Castor.

A really lovely place to stay!Very quiet, but only a short walk to the centre of Zermatt. From the bed, you can see the top of the Matterhorn, a real treat. The apartment had everything you could need, all the cooking equipment was in good condition and not the usual scratched and worn out pans you usually get.

We spent a great in Zermatt, and the studio served as the perfect base for our adventures.It had all amenities needed, and it was sparkling clean at arrival.The hosts shared all relevant information prior to arrival, and made sure to check in with us during our stay as well.

Very much enjoyed my stay in the Fleckstein appartment. It is located in Winkelmatten, a quiet, slightly elevated area of Zermatt. It can be reached on foot within a few minutes from the center (church). The Winkelmatten-bus stops in front of the apparment and has connections to all stations (cable car, train). The terrace offers a partial view of the Matterhorn. The appartment itself is modern, very clean and homely due to the wooden interior. I highly recommend it to either single travellers or couples.
