Large villa "Old School House", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Jakovici 2 km from the centre of Tinjan, 17 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 2'300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 450 m, pebble beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Seurueeseemme kuului 16 perheenjäsentä, nuorin 10 vuotias ja vanhin 77 vuotias. Talo sopi hyvin loma-asunnoksemme, keittiö tosin on hieman alimitoitettu ison porukan ruoanlaittoa ajatellen, ja jääkaappi voisi olla täysiso. Allasalue oli oikein mukava, kaikenikäiset lapsemme viihtyivät altaassa koko viikon. Ulkona oleva ruokailutila oli myös mukava, ja ihana, että oli varjossa.

More than perfect for for families and friends. We're 5 families, 20 people (10 kids, from 2-13 year old) and Old School House perfectly fit for us... will come back again for sure, just need to find time and organize family friends:).
