Very close to the shore, walking distance to the city center. There is a shop behind the building where you can get some groceries.
There is city parking in front of the building. They offer a 50% discount for the parking ticket.
We communicated some issues with the apartment and the host was responsive and promised to fix them.
The AC had a very bad smell, we could not use it.
The bathroom was clean but there was a very bad sewage smell.
A broken chair and a broken cabinet.
There was no coffee at the reception for guests, even though there is a coffee machine. The front lady was a little ironic when we asked for it.

Great location, about 100m away from the ferry and 650 m from the main bus station. Bed was very good.
Shower was blocked so the water was backing up. The shower water came out like a hose instead of a waterfall.
only one coffee mug , we had to use 4 tea cups to have decent amount of coffee - ie 2 each

This is a great little apartment. Perfect for an overnight stay and close to the pier for catching early morning ferry.
The fact that there is a nightclub within 200m and it was soooo loud we did not get any sleep. It was a constant extremely loud music until 5 am. Ear plugs and double glazing made little difference. Such a shame as the apartment itself was beautiful.
