About this house rental
Small independent house situated in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards, olive grove and chestnut woods. The area has many ruins from the Etruscan period and it is only 40 km from the sea. Ideal for people looking for relaxation, tranquillity, but also the opportunity to spend a day at the seaside. Some of the outdoor area are fenced, among those a large area 16 x 20 m with furniture, a loggia with wood burning oven. There is a large brick porch to use for dining outside with the view on the swimming pool and the valley. Cosy, simple single-family house "Le Pergole". 1.5 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 14.Oct.). Table tennis, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Das Ferienhaus und die Lage sind wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der private Pool wurde täglich (nächtlich) gereinigt. Der Gastgeber, Andrea war immer erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der kurze Naturweg zum Haus ist allerdings um einiges länger als beschrieben, jedoch gut befahrbar, selbst mit tiefergelegtem Auto, nur staubig;) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei kleinen Hunden in dem Haus und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Der Pool ist wie beschrieben mit phantastischer Aussicht und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Andrea hat uns vor Ort super betreut, danke nochmal für den leckeren Wein! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Významné plus objektu spočívá ve velkém, vyhřívaném a udržovaném bazénu a pěkném výhledu. Chyběl nám slibovaný klid a soukromí. Frekventovaná, velmi prašná silnice těsně u plotu a denní práce ve skladu vína v těsném sousedství ke klidu rovněž nepřidaly. Ve 30-stupňových vedrech se bez sítí proti hmyzu spalo velmi špatně. Díky počasí nám tam bylo dobře, ale pobyt můžeme doporučit spíše nenáročným klientům. Popis na webu ne zcela odpovídá současnému stavu.
