The location was delightful; wonderfully quiet and secluded with a fabulous view.
The description of the property was not accurate. The apartment did not include a washing machine or a dishwasher. We specifically chose the property because of the washer. Could not care less about the dishwasher. The property 'manager' did make a washing machine available to us, at least; but the description on Booking.com is not accurate. Specific to our unit, there was no outside furniture directly available as is stated. I think when a property offers a specific style of coffee pot requiring a pod, the least the proprietor could do is provide a supply of pods - or, at the very least, state exactly what style of pod is needed so one can come prepared. It's a small thing (sort of), but there was no spare toilet paper, and the roll provided was a partially used roll. We were only 2 people and ran out of toilet paper. It's personal issue with me, but the fact that the windows/doors all had heavy, wooden "shutters" & no option to be left open at night (unless you were willing to, literally, have open without benefit, for example, of a screen) was unpleasant as the in-room unit would not operate on cooling; so bedroom too warm. This property's location is sincerely wonderful; but, unfortunately, a number of small issues dampened our experience.

Das Casa con Vista Colline liegt wirklich herrlich, es bietet sich eine fantastische Aussicht und das Apartment war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber, die Außenanlage ebenso großzügig und gepflegt, aber wunderbar natürlich!
Die Küchenausstattung wäre mir für einen Ferienaufenthalt etwas knapp, wenn ich wirklich kochen möchte. Für kleine, einfache Gerichte ist es aber völlig ok.

La vista e' stupefacente, la struttura si presenta estremamente bene.
Solo due appunti molto piccoli, pur essendoci la macchinetta del caffe', non era disponibile lo zucchero. Avevo inteso erroneamente dai servizi offerti che ci sarebbero stati prodotti nel bagno, piccole saponette o shampoo, ma non cerano. Ripeto, minuscole cose, siamo andati ad uno dei supermercati e abbiamo risolto.
