Home was very clean and nicely decorated. It is listed as all on 1 floor but the Queen bedroom and laundry area does have 2 steps up to reach. We were traveling with an elderly family member so we just swapped planned rooms but want to make others aware in case of mobility issues. Derek was very responsive anytime I contacted him. Location was off the beaten path and nice and quiet but quickly and easily accessible to all falls attractions. I would absolutely stay here again when I return

An absolute gem of a place. Location is great. 15-20 min walk to the falls. Was able to walk from it to the falls w/ 3 kids from 0-4. House exterior isn't much to look at, but the insides were beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing interior. So relaxing when we were crashing between touristy things. And it was so well furnished. Had so much more than we were expecting. Would highly recommend this property.

Location was great, convenient and close to the tourist area, but not so close that we were disturbed by noise. Appreciated the off street parking. Exterior of house could use a power wash and gave us a moment pause when we arrived, but not the casenon the inside! House was clean, nicely decorated. Loved that the host had some coffee, creamer and sugar available for use. There were a few games and books available as well. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. My husband was appreciative of having full ice trays when we arrived. Backyard patio set was nice to sit at and enjoy the nice evening. Check in was seemless, locking mechanims easy to use. Couches in living room abit uncomfortable, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
