This house worked perfect for 4 women. Close to the hoopla but not right in the middle of it. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Two downstairs bedrooms are small. There are no closets or dressers. We had to put suitcases in living room. Was not an issue for us as the room is larger and we were never there to actually use the living room. 3rd bedroom upstairs is large. Kitchen is large and very modern. Did not use the stove, oven, or microwave to report. Refrigerator is large and has ice and water in the door. The 2nd bath is upstairs. The steps are very steep and narrow. Two of us used the shower up there. It is great! We did not sleep up there due to the steps. There were plenty of towels for 4 girls to shower daily and still had extra. We did do a load of laundry in the basement. That all worked fine. There is a grill and backyard area but no table and chairs out there to utilize the area. My only complaint is, I had emailed a few times with the owner and my last email(weeks before we arrived) I asked a few questions specifically about the unit and a few specific recommendations in the area. I heard no response. The night before check out, I emailed to ask check out procedure(had not received any info. Owners should email us with that). Owner responded with the info I had requested weeks before!. It didn't matter now we were leaving! We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this house.

Nice, clean and private home, close to amenities. Beds were comfortable and they had a Keurig which was convenient. We did want to enjoy the backyard however all outdoor furniture was wrapped under a tarp in the backyard, and unfortunately the host did not reply back when we asked if this could be taken out to be used. Easy to enter and overall a decent place to stay.
