**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
This charming one bedroom one bath is perfect for a short get-a-way!
The Owners recently did a small remodel in 2024. New flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, new pieces of furniture and more. A charming property for a great Birch Bay stay. Centrally located on Jacobs Landing property you can easily walk to the beach or to the clubhouse. This condo offers a lovely living room area that has a sliding glass door opening to a patio which is right on a lush greenbelt. In the living room you will find a wood burning fireplace perfect for curling up on a fall evening. A TV with ROKU but no cable, and sofa along with two lounge chairs. Although they are not considered part of the sleeping arrangements you could easily place a child or your adult on the lunge chairs for sleeping.
The kitchen has all the dishes you will need to prepare a small snack or meal while enjoying this property. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and there is also a washer/dryer in the property should you need it. Complimentary WIFI is provided.
Pets are allowed with a 2 pet minimum and there is a $100.00 non refundable pet fee per pet.
Take a short walk to the clubhouse with an indoor pool, soaking hot tub, kitchen and lounge area perfect for a birthday party or other event (please note you must reserve that area with Vacationville office). There is a tennis court and racquetball court as well. Take a short walk the other way and you will be at the beach and close to restaurants and other Birch Bay activities.
This is a perfect place for a short stay or exerted stay.

My only comment would be to suggest that there could be a lamp beside the bed that is easy to turn off when you are in bed . The lamp has the switch at the top which requires you to get out of bed to turn it off . More hangers also on the clothes rack please

Property is comfortable and clean. Location can't be beat. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. years.

It is old. Drapes are stained and worn out. Listed as 1 bedroom when it wasn't. When listing as 1 bedroom it has to have a closet, by federal law. "Bedroom" had no closet, just rack to hang cloths. The 2 chest of drawers in room were full of blankets and pillows. No place to unpack. Had to use suitcase for night stand on one side. Had to get out of bed to turn off light. Picture on line showed unit on ground floor. That is why i booked it. I am disabled and stairs are very hard. We get here and there are stairs to get up to the entry, and stairs in the unit. Listing made it very very clear no refunds for any reason. So we had to stay. Husband had to help me up and down stairs. I feel ad was very deceptive. Also person upstairs was smoking on deck and dropping ashes on to the patio table on our patio. We spent 1/2 hour cleaning table and chairs to use them only to wake up the next day with ashes on the table again.
