About this house rental
House of character of the 30s fully restored located in St Marc sur Mer, 5 km from the bay of Baule and 150 m from the famous beach Mr Hulot. All local shops are located in the village at 200m. Accessible directly by bus from the station served by the TGV.

A room in the main house with an adjoining bathroom and toilet on the floor. Bed 160

A toilet on the ground floor.
A beautiful garden and a wooden terrace are also available.
In the garden is an outbuilding converted into a bedroom with shower room and WC (ideal for two children or another couple). Bed 140.
Very quiet location near local shops (pharmacy, post office, coffee, tobacco / newspaper, restaurant, grocery store, restaurant on the beach. Large shopping arcade (FNAC, Casino supermarket, Mac do ..) 2 kms.

We had a lovely week spent soaking up the glorious weather on the beach in the pretty quiet garden and enjoying the comforts of the accommodation.

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, le jardin magnifique et l’annexe très joliment arrangée.
Elle est toute proche de la plage de M Hulot et des sentiers côtiers, mais plus au calme, en tous cas à cette saison.
On a eu du mal à en partir!

Pièce de vie spacieuse, lumineuse ,bien décorée et bien équipée .Literie comfortable. Jardin très agréable . Proximité des commerces et de la plage .Très bonne localisation pour visiter la région
