TEA Studiois located in 15 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 20 m2 and balcony is 10 m2. It is located on ground floor.There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

The property is very good located, very beautiful neighbourhood! The host was very kind and friendly, very polite. The studio is nice and clean only for two people. There is a small but functional kitchen and clean bathroom. It’s very fast to cold it with the air condition.

Clean, comfortable, has all you need : bed, little kitchenette , clean bathroom, lovely terrace , separate entrance . 15min walking to the lovely Cuvi beach, 30min walking to the city centre .
