Perfect location. Luka the host was very nice and accommodated our arrival time.
Just keep in mind that the hot water tank only allows for one person to shower at a time. If there are two of you, the second person will need to wait a bit for the tank to refill with hot water. Not the end of the world 🙂

The accommodation is authentic and beautiful, full of charm and thoughtfully designed details. It is very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent, with everything close by, and the host is extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rovinj.

This place truly felt like home. Warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a solo traveler and remote worker — the Wi-Fi worked great, and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and settled.
The location is absolutely incredible: just 2 minutes to the main square and about a 5-minute walk up to the church. You’re right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels calm and cozy.
Luka is one of the friendliest and warmest hosts I’ve ever met. He even carried my bag from the parking lot up to the apartment, which I really appreciated. A small but meaningful gesture. Also worth noting: in winter, parking is free and easy to find.
Even though it was winter and off-season, the town had a lovely, gentle buzz — the perfect balance between lively and peaceful. Rovinj is truly a gem, especially if you enjoy a mix of vibrant energy and calm moments.
When I return to Rovinj, this is the only place I want to stay.
