Unwind in the rooftop jacuzzi, which is accessible year-round, or fire up the BBQ for delightful al fresco dining. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall with a guest WC, a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a cozy living room that flows effortlessly onto the terrace. With a warm wood-burning fire and direct terrace access, this space is perfect for cozy evenings. The dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with everything you need, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and more. For fun and games, a dedicated game room with a kicker table awaits, promising laughter and friendly competition. Ascend to the first floor to find two comfortable bedrooms, with one featuring a private shower room, while the second floor offers a spacious suite that includes a single and a double bed and its own shower room.
