About this house rental
This is a spacious and comfortable chalet for 8 people. The chalet is located in a quiet place on the heights of Durbuy and has a relaxation area with sauna and shower cabin with steam function and Bose DVD home cinema. Outside there is a large terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. The holiday home is large enough for 2 families who want to go on holiday together.
The house overlooks the villages of Bohon and Warre. For those who appreciate good food, nice terraces and beautiful shops, Durbuy is a true paradise. You also have plenty of opportunities for hiking, kayaking on the Ourthe, mountain biking or horseback riding in the forest. The Domaine d'Hottemme is a must for animal and nature lovers.
In the holiday home you will find an open, well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a dining room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You can relax at the end of the day in the sauna or steam shower, jet shower and sitting area. For the children there is a play corner with a flat screen and a PS3. With this holiday home you get free access to the outdoor swimming pool of the Résidence Durbuy park (open June-July-August),
Reopening of the covered indoor swimming pool of Durbuy is planned for Saturday 1 April (against payment at the swimming pool counter). Bathing cap and swimming trunks are mandatory (no shorts). The swimming pool is owned by the municipality of Durbuy. The landlord is not responsible for any closure or change of opening hours.

bij de receptie werd verteld dat we om 16 uur in huisje konden, echter toen we bij het huisje waren, waren ze nog lang niet klaar met schoonmaken en bleek dat 16:45 te zijn. bij aankomst was het eerste wat we zagen een ingestorte buiten BBQ, een soort tegelspreuk bij de deur die kapot was en waarvan de scherven om de hoek geveegd waren en zakjes met hondendrollen om de hoek bij de ingang. 1 paar bedlinnen had gaten erin, boven was het erg gehorig, de douchekop in sauna beneden was zo verkalkt dat water alle kanten op spoot, aantal vd borden en glazen stonden niet schoon in de kast, de afzuigkap was vet en goor, de koelkast staat los in de keuken en wiebelt enorm. geen grote dingen maar alles bij elkaar viel dat wel tegen, we hadden het idee, ook met latere incheck, dat het allemaal haastig was gedaan, en daardoor was de algehele indruk ook een beetje armoedig. er waren ook plussen, zoals ligging en uitzicht, vriendelijk ontvangst, de matrassen, de bank en de verder goed uitgeruste keuken. maar een opknapbeurt is denk ik wel nodig.
