Steps away from Fireman’s Beach, Icehouse Park, Silver Shores, Vacavi coffee shop, Lakeside Diner, gift/clothing shops and more. Located above a boutique clothing store and dog grooming service and across the street from Rising River Brewing. Relax in comfort with a well applianced kitchen, sitting area, king bed, and central air. Located 15 minutes from Meadville.

Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked Unit 4. Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses to your overnight stay.

Nicely done and up to date Only Complaint was that the shower head was too close to the wall and you had to huddle right under it.

Great location for a visit as you can walk to eateries and Park and Beach area. Free Parking on the street was available and I preferred over the reserved parking spot. The studio is well equipped; and comfortable. Was a little noisier(street side) at first but we seemed to adjust by second day. Stairs up to the Studio are steep if that is an issue as coming IN and Out is necessary. If you use the railing going down the stairs and are TALL, watch out for the door closing lever assembly on the top of the door, at the bottom of the stairs..as it will catch your head. The AC worked well. Be sure to remember your personal "Streaming" password if you want to engage the T.V.. Overall we really enjoyed our short visit to the area. Glad to see things improving in Conneaut Lake Area. Fun Visit for the two of us and this was a right-sized abode for our stay.
