About this house rental
"Casa dell'Olivo" is a house of about 110sqm in typical Tuscan style with an original rustic style but recently renovated with all comforts.
The house offers: two double bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with air conditioning and double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, etc.), wifi and laundry. In the house there are also a baby bed and high chair.
The house has a fully recited garden suitable for dogs and is equipped with BBQ, table, chairs, armchairs, umbrella and sun loungers.
The location is ideal for:
- beach holidays, 10 km away you can reach the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, or of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta
- cultural holidays, at 34 km you reach Lucca, at 37 km Pisa and at 109 Florence.
- sports / naturalistic holidays, directly from the house or in the nearby Apuan Alps mountains it is possible to do trekking and mountain-bike activities
The price does NOT include the consumption of: electricity * (0.60 Euro / Kw) and gas * (7 Euro / m3), to be paid in cash at checkout.
From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa dell' Olivo. The house is in a beautiful location with fantastic views across the valley & is fully equipped with everything needed for a holiday. Jennifer was very friendly & helpful both before we arrived & whilst we were there. We were made to feel welcome & the goodies left for us - wine, limoncello, lemon marmalade & home grown fruit - were very much appreciated. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit - Lucca, Camaiore including the Lido, Montecatini Terme & Montecatini Alto, the mountain villages above Lucca etc. If we ever return to this part of Italy, this property will be our first choice & we will be recommending it to our friends & family.
