About this house rental
Location: the beautiful new house made of natural stone is located in a beautiful quiet location on the outskirts of Camaiore. The house offers a large fenced garden with a beautiful covered terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. A beautiful covered terrace from the well-kept garden tempts you to linger. There you can enjoy beautiful sunny days reading a good book and evening invites you to a barbecue with a good wine. There is also another covered terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy sunbathing undisturbed. Nice tiled floor and nice wooden ceilings. An ideal object for those looking for rest and holidaymakers who sometimes want to shop on foot or go to the next restaurant.

Equipment: The decor is tasteful. Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen and fireplace (unfortunately not usable for guests). 3 entrances lead to the garden. Bathroom with a shower. TV available.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom with shower and beautiful covered panoramic terrace with garden furniture. Cot available.

Die Kommunikation vorab mit der Agentur lief problemlos, man bekam immer schnell Antwort.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, bzw den Leuten die Verantwortlich sind fürs Haus lief weniger gut. Der Besitzer war gerade noch im Spital als wir ankamen, also mussten wir uns bei jemand anderem melden der angeblich Deutsch spricht! So stand es im Voucher! Leider konnte er Kein Wort Deutsch.. Ohne meine Schwiegermutter die etwas Italienisch konnte wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen.
Das Haus an und für sich ist sehr grosszügig vorallem die Zimmer und Bäder.
Für 7 Personen aber auch eher knapp eingerichtet, Zb am Tisch sitzen mit allen oder in der Stube sitzen haben mich alle Platz. Ein grösserer Esstisch und ein Stubentisch wären schön.
Auch hat es Zb gerade 7 Messer,
Bei den Möbeln ist es etwas schade, man hat das Gefühl es ist vieles etwas zusammengewürfelt.
Die Nächte waren leider nicht sehr erholsam. In der Umgebung bellte meistens ein Hund, und dann bald mal mehrere. Auch krähte immer noch der Hahn. Das war recht mühsam.
Anstonsten ist man schnell im Dorf, auch der kleine Garten lädt zum verweilen und Sonnetanken ein.
Leider gibt es nur 2 Liegestühle..
Die Vermieter brachten uns an Ostern ein Osterkuchen und ein Proseco vorbei, was wir sehr schätzten und wahnsinnig nett fanden!

Casa fresca anche nelle giornate più calde, grande adatta anche per i bambini, stanze spaziose esattamente come da fotografie; proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Per auto grandi qualche manovra per entrare e uscire.

Ein nettes Steinhaus, angenehmes kühles Raumklima, sehr sauber, kleiner Garten, sehr freundliche Vermieter.
