This Condo is a 2 story condo that actually will hold probably 10 people. The lower level is a living room where our friend stayed and it has a full bathroom and a balcony.The upstairs has a full kitchen, living room and 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bederoom is a queen bed and the other has 2 twins.Overall the location was magnificent and we loved our time. The property is gated and we were on the 22nd floor with a wonderful view of the lagoon and a side view of the beach.Condo came equipped with a coffee maker, filtered water and plenty of storage space.The AC worked really well and we truly appreciated that coming from America.IssuesThere were no bowls. My kids wanted cereal and we had to use cups.Issue 2 is a Brazilian issue. You are not supposed to put toilet paper in the toilet. That is strange to Americans.Condo was not fully cleaned. I found popcorn kernels on the floor and we did not have any. The laundry facilities was a supposed washer and dryer in one. The dryer part didn't work and there was no clothes line or clothes rack to hang clothes after they were washed.No ice. Even the freezer didn't have any ice trays to make ice.Overall I would highly recommend this facility.
