My week in Rio was amazing and it all started with good communication with Carlos before arriving. He provided great details leading up to our arrival and incredible support throughout.
The home is big (they are still finding the right mix of offerings to give it that cozy feeling) and cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay. What I appreciated most was him asking what can we do to make things better. I appreciate the effort and follow through.
