Enjoy incredible ocean views from this charming, two-story, family-friendly home in Gold Beach. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped island kitchen with loads of countertop prep space as well as an adjacent dining table for eight. Meet up in the living area and stream your favorite channels on the TV, or make your way up to the loft game room and bring some of the provided board games to the poker table. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary internet access, and multiple desks and chairs in the bedrooms for remote work or schooling.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Gorgeous, spacious home - large enough for 3 generations of family. Great library and game table upstairs and a comfy TV room downstairs. Beautiful touches in the downstairs master bath, like the stained glass in the entryway and the floor tile in front of the bathtub. Wish we could have stayed another week!

This house was such a great find. There were 4 adults and a dog in our group - but it could have accommodated more. There were 3 big bedrooms with their own bath and a smaller kids room with a double bed and bunks. There was a huge, well organized library and game table that made for fun evenings. The entertainment center was great - with access to most streaming channels. And the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals. Thanks for a great stay!

As others mentioned the ocean view is great from the upstairs rooms and balconies but not downstairs. Nice backyard with fire pit. House overall clean except kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and need cleaned. Front porch lights still not working and our family could not see outside and almost fell. The bed frame upstairs was broken and we had to place the mattress on the floor. No followup from vacasa. Lack of communication and responses were always scripted and generic. Would not accommodate a 11am checkout even when rental was vacant for a week following checkout.
