Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² house with wifi (fiber optics) for rent in Lamballe-Armor, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and an 800 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms with 1 single bed and 3 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron.

The property was located on a very busy road, which made sleeping at night quite difficult due to the heavy traffic.No air conditioning, so couldn't use 2nd floor bedroom/ensuite as too hot.Smart TV did not work.Cleanliness of kitchen utensils could of been better. Cobwebs in most rooms.Communication with rental agency was not good, when you had a problem. They did not sort out issue of TV.Would not stay here again.
