About this house rental
BRIGHT AND FUNCTIONAL HOUSE, VERY NEAR THE SEA, PRIVATE POND, FISHING ON SITE, ON THE EDGE OF THE FOREST,
come and relax in a haven of peace in the ideal location:
In the countryside and only 1/2 hour from the sea, the beautiful beaches of Binic, Rosaires or the Pink Granite Coast. Located in a town of 380 inhabitants, on the edge of the departmental forest of Avaugour and Bois Meur (equipped with hiking trails, cycle paths, horse riding, etc.).
But yet 1/4 hour from Guingamp: all major commercial brands, supermarkets, cinema, ... or 1/2 hour from Saint-Brieuc.
If you are a fan of fishing, you can also have fun taking pretty roaches or trying to take out a nice tench that will give you a hard time! Fishing in NO KILL only.
On a 1.4 hectare plot, the house offers you from its 65 m² living room and its terrace of more than 40 m² a superb view of the countryside and its private pond (fishing possible on request and in "no kill" ") Ground fenced at height 1. 50 m for your animals and no risks for children.

Nous avons passé quelque jours dans cette belle maison!
Quand nous sommes arrivés, la maison était propre et bien agencée.
Il y a une vu agréable sur un étang avec une belle terrasse.
La propriétaire est ponctuelle et arrangeante.

Les draps ne sont pas fournis ( non spécifié dans l’annonce ) et chez ces gens là, un malentendu du samedi soir est valable pour toute la durée de la location ! Allez donc trouver des draps un samedi soir à 20h !... La maison est sale : de la lunette des WC de l’entrée à l’intérieur du frigo en passant par le sol de la cuisine, idem pour le barbecue dont la grille est encore enduite de graisses et le réservoir plein de cendres. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau reste quand même une tache de caillot de sang sur la couette de la chambre du haut ! ( ce qui tente à penser que nous n’étions pas les premiers à devoir dormir sans literie ). Il n’y a pas deux mais une salle de bain et deux wc séparés. Le siphon de la douche de l’unique salle de bain était à moitié bouché dès le début de notre séjour.
Dans l’annonce, il est spécifié que vous pouvez pécher mais n’oubliez pas votre canne à pèche.
Conclusion : cette maison offre un réel potentiel gâché par une d’hygiène plus que approximative Dommage !
