This crafted retreat features an open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek appliances and all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals. Enjoy restful nights in the bedrooms, complete with plush bedding and a serene ambiance.

• Private 2-story DADU with keyless entry for seamless self check-in
• Beautifully renovated Craftsman-style design with warm, inviting decor
• Plush mattresses with crisp white linens and soft, fluffy duvets
• Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig coffee machine, K-pods, gourmet tea, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils
• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Located at the back of a large fenced backyard
• Entrance is through a wooden gate at the back of the main house, with a separate, private entrance for the cottage

• Beds use a triple sheet system for maximum freshness (no fitted sheets or duvet covers)
• Base rate covers 2 guests; additional guests $15/person/night
• Pets allowed; $150 per pet per stay
• Natural surroundings: Ants/insects may appear during rainy seasons
• Same-day bookings: Check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM depending on cleaning schedule

• Please double-check personal belongings before leaving
• Items may be shipped for $35 plus shipping; held for 2 weeks
• Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered by housekeeping

Booked this property for a friend and her dog. They had a quiet and restful time at the cottage and at nearby Volunteer Park. Parking in neighborhood was no problem and property was warm and cozy.

Property was very cute and cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you’d need in a 30min walk. There’s a small car parking that’s best to back into from the alley way.
