Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg's Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This unit is a one bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.
Amenities at Oak Square 102 is a lovely condo with private balcony overlooks pool in downtown

The one bedroom condo was enough space for our family of four. The location was great as we could leave are car parked and walked to all the amenities. The condo itself was a little old and worn. I don’t mind a dated interior, however, it wasn’t very clean. The basics of cleaning were done, such as a made bed, carpet swept, and fresh towels. But the bathroom floor was very dusty and dirty along the baseboards, the side tables were dusty, the vents were dusty and moldy looking, and the pillow cases had stains. I think the unit needs a DEEP cleaning and some TLC, not just the basics.
