The location is impressive, everything is within walking distance: the apartment has 2 rooms, hall and shower room. Overall, it is well suited for 4 people: 4 single beds, which can also be made into a double bed in one of the two rooms. In the living room there is a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher! The apartment was modern and redesigned in 2017. A separate studio is available on the same level,
Once you book for more than 4 people, a studio (with the 2nd Shower room and a bedroom with 2 single beds) automatically switched on, so that up to 6 people can then live in 3 rooms with 2 shower rooms.

Comfortable, clean, great location and with a parking spot. A chopping table would be a useful addition for next time

Super central. Nothing like the Altstadt of Tübingen. You can to anywhere from here. Major bus stops are right here. Windows reduce any outside noise amazingly. Not an issue. Truly clean. Assistance by the owner and communication was impeccable! A great find!

We had appartment 2 and it was too small for 3 adults The sink in the bathroom was tiny and impractical. The light in the hall lighten up automatically but its too bright and makes it very annoying at night. Price/quality of the appartment is not in a good balance.
