The location is impressive, everything is within walking distance: the apartment has 2 rooms, hall and shower room. Overall, it is well suited for 4 people: 4 single beds, which can also be made into a double bed in one of the two rooms. In the living room there is a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher! The apartment was modern and redesigned in 2019.

Location made walking everywhere easy. Easy check in and parking close by. Very simple and small but worked fine for my spouse and me. Loved being right by the Altstadt

Perfect accommodation also for business travel. Very convenient location, walkable from the station (there is also a bus stop near the flat to go back to station) and close to old town. Different upermarket choices within 5 to 15 min walking. The flat has a modern look, is clean and is equipped with everything necessary. Very comfortable staying. The flat faces a rather busy road: with closed windows it is well isolated from outside noise, in hot weather, with the window open, it can feel a little noisy. The landlord is very responsive to any query one may have; the set of instructions sent are very detailed and clear. I will definitely consider it again on a next trip to Tuebingen.
