The luxurious villa at the Lake is located in the famous upscale Musikerviertel. The lakeside promenade is just a few steps. The 3-bedroom apartment "Symphonie" (ground floor) has 85 sqm - 2-bedroom apartment "Vivaldi" (semi-basement) has 60 sqm - a high-quality designer fittings and can accommodate 4 -5 persons. In the large living / dining area (symphony) is a luxurious white leather living area with chaise lounge / daybed for relaxing or a sofa with sleeping function for 2 people (Vivaldi) .The kitchen equipment is comfortable with all the details. The Holiday Symphony has 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and an additional guest toilet.
The apartment Vivaldi features a chic bedroom with double bed and additional double sofa bed in the living area.
The summer evenings you can enjoy on the terrace.
From the main station and the city center there is a direct bus service to the city Villa.
Hörnle pool and thermal baths can be reached in a few minutes. The famous old town of Constance is walk across the promenade just 15-20 minutes.

At the time of staying and writing this review what is a 2 double bedroom apartment is described in three places in the listing as having 3 bedrooms. This is misleading. It is also not really a "villa". It is a nice apartment and it is near the lake but its really not an "exclusive villa at the lake". Its a nice ground floor flat on the corner of a main road with cars and buses passing all day past the outdoor terrace but is quiet at night which is what matters. The buses are of course convenient for getting into town and to the ferry to cross to Meersburg. So if you value public transport access its a great location. We booked for 3 bedrooms and the cost of the apartment was in line with a 3 bedroom apartment. The two bedrooms only really have space for 2 double beds but the fold out single bed was available and luckily my adult son didn't object to sharing with his parents. But I had to clamber over the double bed squeezed against the wall each morning rather than stepping out of bed - not what you expect in a exclusive luxury villa. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there was good laundry washer and dryer machines. The secure basement parking was a bonus not mentioned in the listing! Overall its nice enough but not exclusive.
