Sehr schöne Wohnung, hell und gut geschnitten. Ruhiges Wohngebiet, außerhalb von Konstanz. Aber mit den Bus, Bushaltestelle in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, ist man bequem in 30 Minuten in der City. Oder auch schnell an der Mainau. Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir das Auto auf einem nahe gelegenen Wanderparkplatz gut abstellen und noch den Tag nutzen. Ansonsten sind Parkplätze Mangelware. Aber ein Parkplatz steht während des Aufenthalts ja am Haus zur Verfügung.
Kleinigkeiten sind zu bemängeln: Ein Toilettenpapier Halter fehlt! Oder ein Spiegel im Flur wäre schön. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, z. B. fehlt eine Auflaufform oder ein paar mehr Teelöffel. Man muss im Vorfeld wissen, dass die Kaffeemaschine eine Kapselmaschine ist. Vom Umweltaspekt nicht so toll. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Porzellan Filter und Kaffeepulver dabei.

Ruhige Lage, Lage wie beschrieben, Gute Ausstattung, sauber, hübsche helle moderne und frisch renovierte Wohnung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Apartment was particularly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The area around the apartment is lovely and calm with close proximity to the waterfront. The balcony is a big plus. The beds and couch were comfortable. There is a bus stop that can be reached with a 5 minute walk. Whenever we had questions, the owner replied within minutes and was very helpful.
Overall, I cannot complain and we had a wonderful stay in Konstanz.
The only thing was that as we did not have a car, we had to take buses to the city centre. This sometimes took around 30 minutes. This wasn't really a problem but after midnight we were reliant on infrequent night buses or taxis. There was also confusion with communication around the checkout time but this was solved quickly.
