Welcome to Roz Avel, Breton family house built in 1904 by our ancestors over the water in the descent Kelenn with stunning and captivating view of the bay of Morlaix and its islands. This home is conveniently located a few meters from the beach Kelenn and 200m from the town center and church square. Roz Avel has been completely renovated to accommodate 12 people, with at least 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room turned on the sea, and extended by a terrace of 25m2 with a view on sea at 180 °.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with at least 6 bedrooms (+ a dormitory of 4 places can be made available) which 3 have double bed and separate balcony with sea view. 2 bedrooms also have water or sink room independent. 3 other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds.
