Catch a concert at the Riverwalk Center, an easy 8-minute walk. The rest of Breckenridge is a quick ride away -- your rental is located on the Black and Yellow routes of the Free Ride.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Great location. Easy walk to snowflake lift. Enjoyed the jetted tub. Well stocked kitchen. But no recycling, no instructions on how to use the televisions. Wifi was a little slow.

The location was perfect we rented boards and skis at Charter sports at Blue sky. They stored equipment for us so it was a very short walk to get our stuff and get on the snowflake lift. The condo was roomy. The beds except for the couch bed were comfortable. We enjoyed the steam shower , jetted tub and fire place.(don’t try sauna We walked or caught the free shuttle to down town. Would stay here again.

We picked this location due to it's proximity to Breck. You are within walking distance of a lift to get you on the mountain. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The only issues were minor: The dishwasher moved around as the brackets were not mounted and the games that were provided were missing pieces, although we had a blast playing Trivial Pursuit from 1981! :) We will definitely look at this location for future trips to ski at Breck and Keystone.

Oddly bad condo considering our typical Vacasa finds.
I was surprised that the lights didn’t work in the living room when we arrived, and then I saw that that has been noted in reviews on this website for literally years. I chatted vacasa about this and they said nobody had ever reported it before … so no lights in the living room for reading or playing a game by the fire - ok!
My kids were really excited to see there were DVDs of funny old movies that they might want to watch, but of course the DVD player doesn’t work and most of the DVDs were cracked in half when we opened them anyway.
Found a humidifier in a closet full of random stuff (FYI - a Christmas tree stand, if you want to set up a tree during your 2-night-minimum stay), but then the humidifier was cracked and broken and just poured water all over the floor.
Again, this is nothing new, I feel like I just thought that all of these issues noted in reviews from two years ago would have been addressed in the interim.
So, like I said, Great location! Rough condition.
