About this apartment rental
The unique combination of top-quality materials, workmanship and location for this condo cannot be beat! This unit has been 100% renovated and sleeps 5 - 7. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit contains over 1100 square feet has true ski-in/ski-out access. The large back deck borders the 4 O'Clock ski run. Ski the morning, come home for lunch and go back out for the afternoon. 1st level location means no lugging equipment up and down stairs each day. During the summer the ski trail becomes a hiking trail with easy access to town and the mountain activities.

During the Ski Season Mid Nov - Mid Apr we offer a Free Shuttle for our guests.
Large open living area with a stunning natural stone fireplace, natural slate stone, hand scraped hardwood floors and large flat screen TV and DVD collection… relax in comfort. Enjoy the full kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, high quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Solid alder doors and recessed lighting make this a place to truly relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking. The bathrooms have both been fully updated with the primary ensuite bath having a luxury custom tiled walk-in shower.
Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down from the unit. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine hiking trail. Quiet nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area for enjoying nature and wildlife on the deck.
This condo sleeps 5 - 7 people comfortably.

Breckenridge Main Street with all its shops and restaurants is just a short three and one-half blocks away. The free shuttle drives by as well where you can take in the variety of great restaurants, superb shopping, and some of the best night life of any ski town in North America.

Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Wireless access provided. Washer/dryer combo unit conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking is also included which is so important in the winter! This is a non-smoking and pet free property. Pack and Play in closet.

This condo was wonderful. It was in a great location, very nice inside and very well-appointed. We had beautiful views from the back porch and even saw moose one morning! There was also easy access to great family-friendly trails and it was walkable to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!
