We have always taken cleanliness very seriously, as you can see in our reviews, and in these times, we take extra precautions. We follow the CDC's recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting after each stay.
This tastefully decorated, spacious three-bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
Three bedrooms with One Queen bed in each bedroom, a living room, covered balcony with grill, dining room and kitchen. The house consists of a double, two different apartments with separate entrance, however, if you are inclined to use the washers and dryers all the way in the basement that is shared. If you are a larger group, the whole house is available as one listing, you would then have two apartments under the same roof at your disposal. This listing is for the apartment on the first floor.

We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy on bad backs… good neighborhood and would definitely recommend! The host was also very accommodating and communicative!

This property was very unique, we really loved our stay. It was just like if you’re in your own house having a great time resting. The only issue is the second floor neighbor he walks all night long and doesn’t let you rest. Very noisy both days of our stay until 3 am.
