The house is small but ideal for a family with kids or close friends. Very clean, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen. Easy access, the driveway is flat, which may be important in winter.

The cabin was our base as we explored the local sights such as Utica and Alpine Lakes. We also spent time at Big Trees Park and the river. It was fun for the entire family. Highly recommend.

We loved the access to private lake, as well as the large out door deck.
Pet friendly property was awesome too!
Kids loooooved having the loft to themselves with full bath up there.
