The house is in extraordinary condition, great kitchen, great mattress, spacious living room, we love everything in the main floor.
The problem is the 4th bedroom, it cannot be accessed from inside the main floor, rather you have to find a key to go out to the deck and go through a stairs to get to the independent entrance/door to get to the 4th room. We were there as 3 families with kids so the 4th bedroom essentially is impossible to be allocated to any family or kids. It will be perfect with 2 families with kids and we'd have enjoyed much better if we had not expected to be a 4-bedroom house.
The 4th bedroom is not accessible from indside the main floor and we were not able to use it because we could not ask anyone in the group to sleep down there.
