Just a few kilometers from Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the property features spacious, well-furnished apartments with cozy beds, air conditioning, and stunning views of the gardens and surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, a small bar, and sports facilities, including tennis and soccer, providing options for both relaxation and activity.
The location offers easy access to central Italy’s highlights. Explore Assisi’s medieval streets and cultural landmarks, stroll through Perugia’s lively squares, cafes, and markets, or visit Lake Trasimeno for a scenic day trip. Nearby Foligno offers charming historic streets and local dining experiences, while the entire region invites guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries, while daily housekeeping ensures a stress-free stay. The swimming pool is open during summer from June 1 to September 15, Sunday to Friday, with a midday break, and closed on Saturdays. Tourist Tax: €2.00/person/night from age 12.
