About this house rental
The house, a typical peasant house built between the second half of 1800 and early 1900 is situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Lake Trasimeno, near the town of Mansfield, 20 km from Perugia, 35 KM Assisi, has been recently renovated but still retains all the characteristics it had in passato.Il small vineyard still producing excellent red wine and a special sweet wine produced by the same method called vin'santo grandparents, our olive trees is obtained one of the best extra virgin olive oil dop in the area. The house will be rented to one family at a time and includes the exclusive use of private parking.

We had a lovely time in this classic farmhouse. We were there during the heatwave but fans kept us comfortable at night.

Une maison individuelle d'une propreté irréprochable et au calme tout en étant proche des commerces. Bien située pour effectuer de belles visites en Ombrie et en Toscane voire pour une excursion à Rome (2h de la villa Hadriana et d'Este). Un bel accueil agrémenté des légumes du jardin.
Présence de jeux pour enfants dans le jardin (maison et toboggan) et de jeux de société à l'intérieur.
Même en cas de forte chaleur le rez-de-chaussé est bien frais.

Casa Grazietta è un vero nido di relax, in ottima posizione immersa nel verde in zona tranquillissima. E' stata luogo ideale per il ns soggiorno a Magione (ottima punto di partenza per mete turistiche). Tra le sue mure si respira aria di familiare accoglienza, è ben organizzata e attrezzata, con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Un grazie speciale ai proprietari Elisa&Michele che sono squisiti, disponibilissimi e molto accoglienti. Saluti Paola & C.
