Accurate description in a nice gated community. Everything was clean. Outdoor patio has a beautiful view overlooking the mountain/Schweitzer and the lake.

The location was perfect for a family summer vacation with kids and grandkids. We rented boats on the lake, went fishing, hiking, visited Silverwood Theme Park, golfed at the Idaho Club, shopped in Sandpoint and enjoyed the local restaurants. Very spacious house with room to spread out. Would highly recommend this property. It is on a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The course is spectacular! We saw deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and lots of birds.
