We stayed at this property for a month. The house is super cozy, location is excellent and the beds were very comfortable! The only small complaints we have, is that some things could use a better clean, like the dishwasher, and if guests are staying for longer periods of time to maybe consider making sure essentials like toilet paper, dish soap etc are stocked a little more. BUT- we still loved the place and would recommend to anyone.

Overall house was OK enough. Nice linens on beds, decent towels, and lots for hot tub. Other than the light fixtures, everything else was very clean. Hot tub/cover were in good shape. Kids had a great time in it every evening. They also really enjoyed the little Harry Potter closet (which is TINY).
More roads/paths right around the house around than I anticipated. Don't expect any privacy.
If you have never stayed in Sunriver before, would be better to stay farther in to get a true "feel" of resort. You barely are in the perimeters here.
Very nice assortment of bikes and helmets which all worked and were clean and ready for use. This at least made it easy to get to the park in a short ride.
The reasons it lost stars: the sauna does NOT work. Also the washer door does not shut well and takes some finessing in order to be able to use it. The absolute biggest negative was the bed in the upstairs guest room. DO NOT lose the rock-paper-scissors game and get stuck with that room. The bed was the squeakiest, loosest frame I have ever been on in a house and the mattress was terrible. I have slept on much better beds in crappy motels. Also, the pictures are pretty creative on how the main family room - a lot of wasted space & not very well laid out. Luckily we weren't using it. If it were winter time and you were inside more, it would be tight for group hanging with a very small TV.
House was just ok - would not stay here again. MUCH better options.
