This fabulous Sunriver vacation rental home is conveniently situated along a paved pathway between the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver and the fun at Fort Rock Park - perfect for families of all ages to get out and explore everything this area has to offer. With over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 ensuites), plus a bonus family room, 18 Juniper will comfortably accommodate up to 12 of your closest family and friends.
The main floor features an open-concept layout: the living room, with ample seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings, opens first to the large wood-slab dining table with seating for 10, then flows into the well-equipped kitchen. With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, meal prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ, and dine under the stars. The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. Also on this level is a spacious ensuite bedroom with a king bed, cable TV, DVD player, access to the hot tub, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, you’ll find a fun bonus family room, an upper deck, a second ensuite, and two guest bedrooms. The upstairs ensuite features a king bed, cable TV, DVD player and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a custom lodgepole queen-over-queen bunk, and the other bedroom has two twin-over-full bunkbeds. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Comfortable house and bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with lots of platters, bowls, glasses, mugs, dishes snd other kitchen utensils…lots of them!! Had rolling pins, osterizer, major toaster, electric skillets..They had large quantities of glasses, mugs, plates etc. There was a closet with games and lots of towels. Great location right on walk path … about a mile to walk to village center. Garage fully stoked with bikes, soccers etc. Large spa well kept and large deck. Table is very large inside 12 people and nice gas fireplace snd large TV. We had great time!

The property was family friendly. It was perfect for 4 families. Board games, books, pack and play, two high chairs, double stroller and single stroller, bikes of all sizes, a bike buggie that held two kids.

Well stocked home close to The Village and Fort Rock park. Fun activities- ping pong, Classic Nintendo and games. Tons of choices of bikes! Perfect for 2 families with 2 masters with on suites and two bunk rooms. The upstairs game House was overall clean, but had some residual dog hair in the upper master and an oddly strong curry smell in one of the bunk room’s mattress, which was probably residual from previous guests. I told the property management, and I’m sure they will be on it. Really fun stay at a central location with dear friends.

Take 20 minutes to clean deck/jacuzzi areaReplace ping pong paddlesReplace bald bike tires…had blowout 5 miles away . Simplify TV situation 3 remotes?? Never could figure it out. Oven broiler broken? All in all, decent property. Thx
